  • Unlimited communication during business hours

  • Access to online planning portal: checklist, budget tracker, RSVP tracker with seating arrangement, timeline, calendar, etc.

6-8 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING

  • Final walkthrough at the venue 

  • Any timeline / floor plan / decor updates as needed

  • Contact all vendors via phone or email to confirm final details and timeline

4 WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING

  • Provide final timeline & floor plan to all vendors 

REHEARSAL & WEDDING DAY

  • 1 hour for coordination of rehearsal

  • 12 hours on wedding day for Lead Planner + Assistant

  • Cue & assist vendors, wedding party and couple to keep timeline moving forward through setup, ceremony, and reception

  • Oversee set-up according to couple specifications

  • Setup + breakdown of all personal ceremony + reception decor (tables, chairs + place settings not included)

  • Distribution of final payments & gratuities

  • Loading of gifts and personal items into designated space/vehicles

  • Oversee breakdown/clean up of event to meet venue requirements
